Carmine Gorga: I was born in Southern Italy in 1935, and thus I experienced at an early age the effects of the Great Depression and then WW II. It was only natural that I would devote my life to trying to understand the ebb and flow of economics as well as the causes of war. The two are interrelated. In this and its companion blog, www.a-new-economic-atlas.com, you will find a window into what I have discovered in fifty years of research and publication.
